Park View Suite at Sandown Park Racecourse

The Park View Suite costs £1,500 + VAT for evening hire. This includes the room hire, complimentary onsite parking, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The suite can accommodate 50-180 delegates depending on layout and is located on the 2nd floor with views across the racecourse.

The Premier DDR package costs £62 + VAT per person and includes main suite hire for the day, arrival tea/coffee with breakfast roll and fresh fruit, mid-morning tea/coffee with cookies, finger buffet or hot buffet lunch, mid-afternoon tea/coffee with baked bites, jugs of iced water, projector and screen, flipchart and pens, Wi-Fi, parking, and dedicated event manager. A Classic DDR package is also available at £66 per person (£79.20 including VAT).

Evening dinner options include 3-course meals from £37.50 + VAT per person and arrival drinks at £8.33 + VAT. Additional catering includes tea and coffee at £3.45 + VAT per person per serving, unlimited tea and coffee at £15.98 + VAT per person per day, mini muffins at £4.00 per person, pastries at £5.50 per person, standard canapés at £15.75 per person, and premium canapés at £21.75 per person.

Inclusive drinks packages include beer, house wine, spirit selection and soft drinks by the glass. A 3-hour package costs £46.50 including VAT (£38.75 net) per person, and a 5-hour package costs £75.60 including VAT (£63.00 net) per person. Both packages require a minimum of 50 people.

The Park View Suite can accommodate 50-180 delegates depending on layout. For evening dinners, it can hold a maximum of 150 people. The suite is located on the 2nd floor of the Eclipse Pavilion with views across the racecourse and beyond.

The Premier DDR package includes a projector and screen, flipchart and pens. For events requiring additional AV such as microphones, PA systems, or screens for presentations, these would need to be arranged separately. The venue can accommodate external AV suppliers for more complex production requirements.

Complimentary onsite parking is included with venue hire. The venue is easily accessible from the M25 and A3, and is 15 miles from Central London. Esher station is nearby, providing train connections to London Waterloo in approximately 25 minutes.
